This leadership and business builder call is not designed to push or persuade anyone to do anything, but rather to talk to the leaders, the business builders and those who are ready to build a business from scratch. GlobalOne™ promises that everyone will make money with this compensation plan, however, they are also clear that if you want significant income, you have to work. It's a business. Businesses require work.
For the business builders, GlobalOne™ recommends a 90 day blitz to get yourself kicked off. If you will work hard for 90 days, blitz kind of work for a couple of hours each day, 5 days a week into building your business, you will be positioning yourself for success. Be consistent and dedicated and you can build a huge business. This is true of any business.

How to Become a 1 Star Leader
Once you get 10 personally sponsored Platinum members, you achieve what's called a 1 Star leader.
Here's where the Infinity™ compensation plan really kicks in.
First, it's important to understand what a matrix is.
A matrix is highly sought after because you can make money from people you didn't personally bring in.
It starts with you at the top and allows you 3 front line. Everyone else you bring in must be placed under those three until they have 3, then starts placing people on your level four to fill that in, and so on and so forth. It's called 'spillover'.
Once you max out a matrix, it's maxed out.
The downside is that you can have many people and a lot of volume down on your 14th or 15th level and you never get paid on those levels.
Here's where Infinity™ is different. YOU get to control whether you are maxed out on 10 levels or whether you get the benefit of earning to infinity.
All of that is unlocked to INFINITY based on whether you're a 1 star leader to a 5 star leader.
Here's how Infinity™ works:
50% of the commissionable volume is paid into Infinity™. You can earn anywhere from .20 to $2.00 from everyone in your organization. (The $2 is paid on the Platinum level).
How do you double your paycheck?
Once you have 10 personally sponsored Platinums, you become a 1 Star Leader and this leg now becomes CODED to you. And you can use this to bring in other leaders.
You get paid on every member in this leg to infinity just as if you personally brought everyone one.
On every coded leg you earn, you receive a matching bonus.
In addition, everyone in that leg is coded to you to infinity, just as if you personally sponsored everyone in there.
So for example, if you had 1,000 Platinums in this leg at $2 per platinum, that would be $2K a month. If you were a 1 star platinum you will receive $4K a month because of the matching bonus.
Every time you advance, you get an extra coded legs.
- 1 Star Leader gets 1 coded leg.
- 2 Star Leader gets 2 coded legs.
- 3 Star Leader gets 3 coded legs.
- 4 Star Leader gets 4 coded legs.
- 5 Star Leader gets 5 coded legs.

You've got 10 platinum leaders now….
When you get your coded leg, the spillover is turned off.
So if you want to go out and get a large leader, do that and tell them to just get in and position themselves. Have them bring in their leaders first and get their first 4 levels in because you're sponsoring a lot and you'll help them build their team by turning spillover on into their team as well.
Spinfinity™ will also have 50% commissionable income put into it just like Infinity™ does.
It's the compensation plan that allows one to earn with very little effort according to GlobalOne™. Having said that, the trainer on this call had this to say about it.
"I want to be very careful when I say you can make money just sitting there because there's really some things you have to do. But, spinfinity™ is very cool because it's going to spin and it's going to pay every 3 days and it's going to pay 10 times a month."
Keep in mind, the more you build, the more money you take out of it.
The owners are dedicated to protecting the company for us long term. Sometimes we've been in companies with great products and great compensation plans but then in 1 month, 5 months, 7 months, 2 years, somebody comes along and said you did something wrong and weren't abiding by the laws.
